The play trail is a recent addition to our school. It followed a suggestion through the School Council to have more play equipment at break times, and was funded through the tireless work of our PTA. The Play Trail opened in June 2007. The children have access to it during break times, on a class by class rota.

Our ICT Suite has been opened for five years and houses 15 internet connected computers. It also houses a sophisticated printer, which enables all classes to print from their class computers. One of the computers is also linked to an overhead projector, which enables teachers to demonstrate programs and skills to the whole class.
Our library has been established over the last four years and stocks a wide range of non-fiction titles. Each class accesses the library during a weekly timetabled slot, with Key Stage Two frequenting it more often for research projects. The library is also home to two computers, which have internet access, thus enabling the children to access an even larger research base. The library is overseen by Mrs White and a group of library monitors from Years Four, Five and Six.

Our large school hall is used for many different activities. We use the hall to hold daily assemblies, where the whole school or Key Stage meets. We use the hall for P.E lessons every day. The hall is also available for after-school clubs, such as gymnastics and belly dancing. We use the hall as an eating area, where children have a choice of bringing in a packed lunch from home or purchasing a hot lunch, made in the school kitchen. We also hire out our hall to groups in the local community.
