If school needs to be closed due to bad weather, structural/plumbing problems or any other reason, tune into your local radio stations for information from 7.00 onwards.

We will try to work a cascading system where Mrs Nash will telephone the parents on this list and you can then phone them. This is to avoid the telephone at school being jammed with phone calls. They are not expected to telephone other parents. Each family is responsible for finding out if school is open themselves.

We will do everything possible to keep school open unless safety is compromised.

When there is snow or ice on the paths, children must enter school through the front door and not go on the playground as only the front path is cleared and gritted.
